Homeless Pets. Through spay, neuter and adoption programs, animal shelters nationwide work tirelessly toward the goal of bringing about a time when there are no more homeless pets. Proceeds from the sale of homeless pets cards support community-based efforts to find homes for all homeless pets and to provide life-long special care to abused and/or abandoned animals that are not readily adopted. www.goodcausegreetings.com/homelesspets.asp |

Give Mother Earth a Holiday Gift: Remember, Good Cause Greetings are eco-friendly, too!
Unlike most card companies that feature a small collection of "green" products, every Good Cause Greetings card is earth-friendly. From the day the first card was printed, chlorine-free recycled paper has been used exclusively. Paper is sourced from an assortment of mills but it all meets very strict criteria:
- All paper is recycled and certified by both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative). No chlorine is used in the production of Good Cause Greetings' paper stock.
- The ink that provides the bold, bright colors is soy based.
- There is no foil, glitter or other unnatural treatments on Good Cause Greetings charity cards. That makes the finished cards totally recyclable as well.
- Using recycled fibers and eliminating chlorine in the production process is the right thing to do. As a result, tiny blemishes in the paper stock may be visible. If you see a small blemish, think of it as a seal of approval from Mother Nature.
